DMCA Copyright Policy | Intellectual Property
Rights & Removal Procedures

Read our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy outlining copyright protection rules, takedown request formats, and counter-notification protocols.

Statement of Intellectual Property Respect

Our platform strictly adheres to copyright protection standards and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international intellectual property legislation. We respect the creative work, software rights, and digital property of original content creators, software developers, and copyright holders. Our goal is to provide educational material, setup documentation, and system insights while maintaining compliance with trademark and software rights.

Designated Copyright Agent and Contact Channel

To facilitate swift resolution of copyright inquiries, we maintain a designated process for handling takedown notices. Copyright holders or authorized legal representatives must submit formal infringement claims directly through our designated communication channels. Inquiries sent via proper submission pathways are handled promptly to prevent continuous unauthorized distribution or referencing of protected assets.

Requirements for Filing a Formal DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a legally valid DMCA takedown notice, the copyright holder or authorized agent must provide a written communication containing the following mandatory elements:

  • Identification of Protected Work: Clear description of the copyrighted material claimed to have been infringed upon.
  • Exact Location Identification: Direct URL(s) or precise page paths where the alleged infringing material is hosted or referenced.
  • Contact Information: Full name, physical mailing address, valid contact telephone number, and active professional email address.
  • Statement of Good Faith: A formal declaration that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Signature Verification: A physical or verified electronic signature of the copyright holder or authorized representative.

Review Process and Removal Protocol

Upon receiving a complete and legally valid DMCA notice, our legal compliance team conducts an immediate review of the identified URL and referenced assets. If the notice meets all statutory criteria, we will promptly remove or disable access to the specified material. We maintain an administrative log of all notices received to document compliance timelines and operational transparency.

Counter-Notification Procedure for Content Restoration

If a content provider or user believes that access to their submission was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of misidentification or error, a formal counter-notification may be filed. The counter-notification must contain the user’s contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury agreeing to local jurisdiction, and a physical or electronic signature. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, a copy will be forwarded to the original complaining party.

Repeat Infringer Policy and System Access Restrictions

In strict adherence to DMCA requirements and copyright standards, our platform enforces a repeat infringer policy. Accounts, submissions, or network connections associated with multiple valid copyright infringement notices may face administrative restrictions, permanent content deletion, or complete blocking of access to our interactive services.

Bad Faith Submissions and Legal Misrepresentation

Please be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly materially misrepresents that online material or activity is infringing may be held subject to civil liability, including financial damages, court costs, and attorney fees incurred by the alleged infringer or platform operator.
